In this Disclaimer, “VAYUGA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating vayuga.in. “You”, “your”, “visitor”, “reader”, “customer” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses the website, reads content, submits information or purchases a product.

This Disclaimer applies to the website, product pages, articles, images, videos, graphics, downloadable materials, comments, reviews, social-media links, WhatsApp links and other features made available through vayuga.in. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Medical Disclaimer.

If another policy specifically governs an issue, that specific policy should be read together with this Disclaimer. Nothing here excludes a legal duty, consumer right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

2. General Information

We aim to provide clear, useful and responsible information. However, website content is offered for general informational, educational and commercial purposes. It may not be complete, exhaustive or suitable for every person, product, location or situation.

3. No Guarantee of Absolute Accuracy

We do not guarantee that every page is free from error at every moment. If we discover a material mistake, we may correct, clarify or remove it. The correction may be made without individually notifying every previous visitor unless applicable law or the circumstances require notice.

4. Product Information

Product pages may display the product name, ingredients, quantity, pack size, usage information, price, images, storage guidance and other details. We aim to keep such information consistent with the current product, but packaging design, batch presentation and secondary elements may change from time to time subject to applicable law.

The physical label supplied with the product contains important information. Read the ingredient list, net quantity, usage directions, warnings, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry or best-before date and storage instructions before use.

If a website statement materially conflicts with the current supplied label, do not use the product until you have contacted VAYUGA for clarification. An old social-media image, customer post or third-party listing should not override the label on the product you received.

5. Product Images and Visual Presentation

Product and ingredient images are intended to help identification and presentation. Screen brightness, display calibration, lighting, camera angle, editing and batch variation may cause differences in colour or appearance.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, bowls, spoons, plants, leaves, fruits, manuscripts, decorative backgrounds and other props shown in an image are not included in the purchase. The product name, pack size, quantity and order summary determine what is included.

Some educational images may be illustrations, composites, infographics or AI-assisted visualisations. Such images are explanatory and should not be treated as laboratory evidence, a diagnostic scan, an exact botanical specimen or proof of a medical result unless clearly identified and supported.

6. Natural Ingredient Variation

Plant-based powders may reasonably differ in colour, aroma, taste, texture or density because of crop, season, plant part, drying conditions and grinding. A reasonable natural difference does not automatically mean that a product is defective or adulterated.

Do not use a product if the primary seal is broken, the contents appear contaminated, the package is severely leaking, the product has expired or there is another genuine safety concern. Report the issue under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Pricing and Availability

Prices, discounts, stock and offers may change. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. The price and charges displayed during final checkout generally apply to the order, subject to correction of an obvious system or typographical error.

A product shown as available may become unavailable because of simultaneous purchases, inventory correction, batch inspection or technical delay. If an accepted prepaid order cannot be fulfilled, VAYUGA will provide an appropriate cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable policy and law.

Price differences may exist between vayuga.in and marketplaces because of marketplace fees, delivery arrangements, promotions, taxes, seller terms or timing. A lower price on one channel does not automatically create a right to a retrospective price match on another channel.

8. Offers and Promotions

A promotion is subject to its displayed eligibility, dates, products, minimum order value, payment method, delivery location and usage limits. Promotional claims should not be separated from the conditions that qualify them.

We may correct or cancel an offer affected by technical error, manipulation, duplicate accounts or fraud. We will not remove mandatory consumer rights through promotional terms.

A link does not necessarily imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. You should verify an external website’s domain before entering passwords or payment details.

15. Marketplaces and Third-Party Sellers

VAYUGA products may be displayed on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other marketplaces. Orders placed there are also subject to the marketplace’s payment, shipping, cancellation, return and dispute systems.

Third-party sellers may create their own text, offers or bundles. VAYUGA does not accept responsibility for an unauthorised seller’s false statement, counterfeit product or incorrect listing merely because it appears near the VAYUGA name. Verify seller details and report suspicious listings.

For a marketplace order, use the marketplace order record as the primary transaction record and follow its support process.

16. Payment Services

Online payments are processed by banks and third-party payment providers. Their availability, authentication, settlement and refund systems are outside VAYUGA’s direct technical control.

VAYUGA does not ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or OTP to issue a refund. We are not responsible for loss caused by voluntarily sharing those secrets with an unauthorised person, though we encourage immediate reporting to the bank and appropriate authorities.

17. Courier and Delivery Services

Courier partners control routes, scans, local hubs, delivery-agent assignments and delivery attempts. Tracking and delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by external circumstances.

VAYUGA remains available to assist with genuine shipping issues under the Shipping Policy, but does not guarantee a specific courier, delivery person, call time or delivery appointment.

18. Social Media

Content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp or another platform may be shorter than the complete information on vayuga.in. Platform character limits, old posts, shared screenshots and reposts may remove important context.

An account using the VAYUGA name is not necessarily authorised. Verify official links through vayuga.in. VAYUGA is not responsible for scams, impersonation or payments made to unauthorised accounts.

19. WhatsApp Groups and Communities

Joining a WhatsApp group or community is optional and subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices. Depending on group settings, your profile name, phone number or messages may be visible to other participants.

A participant’s message is not automatically a statement by VAYUGA. Do not share health records, payment secrets, identity documents or private order information in a public group. Official support requests should be sent to the published VAYUGA contact.

20. User Comments and Submissions

Users are responsible for content they submit. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, misleading, threatening, infringing or privacy-violating content. You must not publish another person’s address, medical information, phone number or payment information without lawful authority.

We may remove a submission that creates safety, legal, privacy or fraud risk. Moderation does not mean that VAYUGA has reviewed or endorsed every remaining comment.

21. Intellectual Property

The VAYUGA name, logo, original articles, product photographs, graphics, labels, website design and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VAYUGA. Public access does not transfer ownership.

If a technical error affects price, quantity, payment or order confirmation, contact us before repeating payment. A screenshot can help, but do not include visible card numbers, balances, OTPs or passwords.

25. Cybersecurity and Fraud

We use reasonable security measures, but no website or transmission is absolutely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and using a trusted device and network.
