These Terms & Conditions govern your access to https://vayuga.in, your use of its content and features, and every order placed directly through the VAYUGA website. Please read them carefully before using the website or purchasing a product.
1. About VAYUGA
VAYUGA is an Indian Ayurvedic herbal wellness brand. Our website provides information about herbal ingredients, wellness topics and VAYUGA products, and may allow customers to purchase products directly. In these Terms, “VAYUGA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating vayuga.in. “You”, “your”, “customer” and “user” refer to the person accessing the website, communicating with us or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, adding an item to the cart, placing an order, submitting information or using any website service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.
An order placed electronically may create a legally valid contract. Your use of an electronic checkout, confirmation button, email, OTP or other electronic method does not by itself make the transaction unenforceable. A purchase is also subject to the product description, price, offer conditions, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy displayed or linked at the time of purchase.
If you use the website on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them. If any mandatory consumer right conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory right will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order independently. A minor may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, and any purchase for a minor must be made by that adult.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not impersonate another person, use a false address, place fraudulent orders or use payment details without permission. We may request reasonable verification or cancel an order when information is incomplete, inconsistent or reasonably suspected to be unauthorised.
4. Customer Accounts
You may be able to purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for protecting your username, password and device access, and for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised use. Do not share your account password, payment OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password with VAYUGA or anyone claiming to represent us.
We may temporarily restrict an account to investigate suspected fraud, repeated COD refusal, abusive conduct, chargeback misuse, security threats or a violation of these Terms. You may request account correction or deletion under our Privacy Policy, subject to lawful retention of invoices, transaction records, complaints and other required information.
5. Product Information
We aim to present product names, ingredients, quantities, pack sizes, prices, images, usage guidance, storage instructions and other material information as accurately as reasonably possible. However, screen settings, lighting and photography may cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Packaging design, batch information or secondary presentation may change without altering the fundamental product, subject to applicable law.
The final label on the product supplied to you is important. You should read the complete label, ingredient list, net quantity, batch details, manufacturing and expiry information, storage directions, warnings and instructions before use. In case of an unintended difference between a website summary and mandatory information printed on the supplied pack, contact us before using the product.
Images used in articles or ingredient guides may be illustrative. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, accessories, bowls, spoons, plants, background objects and decorative items shown in an image are not included in the purchase.
6. Wellness Information and No Medical Advice
Content on vayuga.in is provided for general education and wellness awareness. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, prescription or personalised advice from a qualified healthcare professional. References to traditional or Ayurvedic use describe general or historical wellness practices and do not guarantee a medical result.
Individual responses to food and herbal products vary. Do not use website content to delay or replace medical care. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical treatment, taking medicines, preparing for surgery, managing a medical condition or purchasing for a child or elderly person, consult an appropriately qualified professional before use.
Stop using a product and seek suitable advice if you experience an unwanted reaction. For a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service; do not rely on website chat, email, WhatsApp or an order-support line.
7. Prices, Taxes and Charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout when you submit the order, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error. Displayed prices may include applicable taxes or show taxes separately, depending on the checkout configuration and invoice requirements.
Delivery charges, COD handling charges, platform charges or other applicable fees will be displayed before final order submission where they apply. Prices, discounts and offers may change without prior notice, but a change will not ordinarily alter an order already accepted by us, except where required to correct an evident error or comply with law.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an implausible price due to a technical, typographical or system error, we may contact you, cancel the affected item and issue a refund of the amount actually received. We will not substitute a higher price without giving you the choice required by applicable law.
8. Offers, Coupons and Promotions
Coupons and promotional offers may be limited by dates, products, minimum order value, customer eligibility, usage count, delivery location, payment mode or other conditions displayed with the offer. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
We may reject or reverse a promotional benefit obtained through duplicate accounts, automated activity, manipulation, misrepresentation or another misuse. If an order using a discount is partly cancelled or returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the discount actually attributable to the returned item and any threshold condition that no longer remains satisfied.
9. Placing an Order
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock. Before submitting an order, review the product, quantity, address, phone number, payment method and total amount. Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may accept an order by processing it, generating an invoice, dispatching it or otherwise confirming acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:
- product unavailability or inventory mismatch;
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- unserviceable PIN code or courier restriction;
- payment failure or inability to verify payment;
- suspected fraud, resale abuse or unauthorised transaction;
- repeated refusal of genuine COD shipments;
- an obvious pricing, description or technical error; or
- a legal, safety or regulatory restriction.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount actually received for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method or another legally permitted method. Bank and payment-gateway processing times may apply.
10. Payments
Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment-gateway options and Cash on Delivery, depending on checkout availability. Online payments are processed through third-party payment or banking systems. Their terms and technical availability also apply.
You authorise the payment provider and relevant banks to process the transaction information necessary to complete or refund your order. VAYUGA does not ask you to reveal your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or OTP. If a payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference after allowing reasonable reconciliation time. Do not send a screenshot containing a visible card number, bank balance, UPI PIN or OTP.
A payment may be declined or reversed by a bank or provider. An order is not considered successfully paid merely because your device displayed a pending instruction. Our records and the payment provider’s confirmed settlement status will be used to verify payment, subject to evidence and applicable law.
11. Cash on Delivery
COD may be available only for selected products, order values and serviceable PIN codes. Availability is not guaranteed. We may request order confirmation by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or another reasonable method before dispatch.
You should keep the correct amount or use a payment method accepted by the courier. VAYUGA is not responsible if a courier cannot provide change or cannot accept a particular digital payment method. Repeated refusal, false ordering or misuse may result in COD being disabled for the relevant account, number or address, while respecting applicable consumer law.
12. Cancellation and Order Changes
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us promptly with the order number and registered contact details. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after packing, label generation, courier handover or dispatch. If the parcel has already shipped, the Return & Refund Policy and any lawful delivery charges may apply.
Address, phone number, product or quantity changes are not guaranteed after order confirmation. For security, we may require cancellation and a fresh order instead of changing payment or delivery details. Never pay an unknown caller to modify or release a parcel.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery appointments. Courier operations, weather, holidays, public restrictions, remote locations, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability and other circumstances may affect delivery.
You are responsible for entering a complete serviceable address and reachable phone number. Inspect the outer parcel at delivery. If it appears materially opened, crushed, leaking or tampered with, you may refuse it where reasonable or record clear evidence before opening. Delivery scans, OTP confirmation, recipient acknowledgement or other courier records may be used to verify delivery.
Risk and title will pass in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because herbal powders and similar consumable products have hygiene, contamination and tamper-safety considerations, an opened, used, partly consumed or customer-damaged product is generally not returnable merely because of taste, smell, colour variation, personal preference or lack of an expected result.
We will review genuine claims involving a wrong product, missing item, material transit damage, leakage, an expired product at delivery, a verified packaging defect or another issue covered by applicable law and our published policy. You should contact us within the stated return window and preserve the product, original packaging, invoice, shipping label and reasonable photo or video evidence.
Approval is not automatic merely because evidence was submitted. We may verify order records, batch information, parcel weight, courier data and the condition of the item. Approved remedies may include replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution. Refund processing by banks or gateways may require additional working days after we initiate it.
These Terms do not restrict remedies available for defective goods, deficient service, misleading information or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
15. Product Use, Storage and Safety
Use products only as directed on the supplied label or accompanying instructions. Do not exceed the stated serving or usage guidance. Keep products out of reach of children and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture unless the product label says otherwise.
Do not use a product if the seal is missing, the container appears tampered with, the product has expired or the package shows an unexplained defect. Natural ingredients may show reasonable batch-to-batch differences in colour, aroma or texture. Such natural variation alone does not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
You are responsible for checking the ingredient list and known allergies. VAYUGA is not responsible for harm caused by use contrary to the label, deliberate misuse, improper storage after delivery, combination with medicines without professional advice or reliance on an unauthorised third-party claim.
16. Reviews, Comments and User Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, image, question or testimonial, it must be truthful, relevant and based on genuine experience. It must not contain false medical claims, confidential information, another person’s personal data, abusive language, unlawful content, copied material or undisclosed promotional content.
You retain ownership of your original content, but grant VAYUGA a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, format and display it for operating and promoting the website and products, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws. We may moderate, decline or remove content that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent or creates legal or safety risk. We are not required to publish every submission.
A customer review represents that customer’s experience, not a medical claim, professional endorsement or guarantee by VAYUGA.
17. Intellectual Property
The VAYUGA name, logo, website design, original text, photographs, graphics, labels, videos, product presentation and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VAYUGA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information.
You may not copy product images, scrape content, reproduce articles, imitate packaging, remove notices, use the VAYUGA name in a misleading manner, create an unauthorised storefront or commercially exploit website materials without written permission. Normal sharing of a public page link is permitted.
18. Prohibited Use
You must not use the website to commit fraud; transmit malware; probe security; overload or disrupt services; scrape at scale; bypass access controls; harvest personal data; create false reviews; impersonate VAYUGA; place orders using stolen payment details; make unlawful, defamatory or threatening submissions; or violate another person’s rights.
We may block or restrict activity that reasonably appears harmful, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms, and may preserve and disclose relevant records where required by law.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to payment gateways, courier tracking, WhatsApp, social-media platforms, marketplaces, healthcare providers or other external services. Their availability, content, terms, privacy practices and actions are controlled by those providers. A link does not mean that VAYUGA guarantees every statement or service on the external site.
Products purchased on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s order, payment, delivery, return and dispute processes. For such orders, use the marketplace order page first unless the issue specifically concerns VAYUGA product information.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failure, network disruption, cyberattack, software conflict or circumstances outside our control may affect access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, while continuing to honour accepted orders and mandatory obligations.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general educational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every article will suit your individual circumstances, that the website will be continuously available or that every error will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in this section excludes an express product commitment shown on the label or invoice, nor any warranty, guarantee, product-liability obligation or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAYUGA will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising only from misuse of the website, reliance on general content as medical advice, unauthorised account activity caused by a user’s failure to protect credentials, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to VAYUGA for the affected product. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by legally actionable negligence, defective-product liability or another liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or reasonable costs directly resulting from your fraudulent use of the website, violation of another person’s rights, unlawful submission or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require a consumer to compensate VAYUGA for exercising a lawful right or making a genuine complaint.
24. Force Majeure
VAYUGA will not be treated as having breached an obligation solely because performance was prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, government restrictions, transport disruption, strikes, war, civil disturbance, telecommunications failure, cyberattack, utility failure or widespread courier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume performance. Your mandatory refund or consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
25. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity or material breach. Termination does not cancel payment, delivery, refund, confidentiality, intellectual-property, dispute or other obligations intended to survive.
26. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the VAYUGA Privacy Policy. By using checkout or contacting us, you acknowledge that information will be processed as necessary to handle the interaction, subject to applicable law.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, payments, logistics, website features or business processes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. The version presented when an order is placed will generally govern that order, except where a legal change must apply earlier or the parties agree otherwise.
28. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact the VAYUGA Grievance Officer first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly. Subject to rights and forums available under mandatory consumer law, courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh may hear disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible consumer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission, authority or online dispute mechanism available under applicable law.
29. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a permanent waiver. Headings are used for convenience and do not change the meaning of the Terms.
30. Contact and Grievance Redressal
For an order complaint or legal question, contact us with your name, registered phone or email, order number, a clear description of the issue and the resolution requested. Do not include payment PINs, passwords or OTPs.
